University Lecturer at the Leiden University Centre for the Arts in Society. Besides art history he has a background in social work. Currently, he teaches a seminar Sensing Style: From Subcultures to Digital Bubbles, and coordinates the BA track Arts, Media and Society. His most recent publications concern new forms in sustainable architecture.
