The Interception is a series of artistic interventions in CCTV monitoring system in urban areas. The intercepted CCTV cameras are used in order to raise public awareness of the urgent issues of social surveillance.

Interception 4, 2011. The intercepted police CCTV camera became a part of an interactive installation. The picture registered by the camera is subjected to real-time processing through modification of the face recognition software. The software blurs the human face and thus renders the identification impossible.
